Casa Ricardo Pinto by Correia Ragazzi certainly has that mid century modern feel of Southern California. The first design element that caught my attention was the use of tile on the exterior walls. I probably never would have thought to do that but I really like it in this application. The interiors are so minimal and clean. I would need to throw some wood tones around though. I also like how the glass walls open up to the outside echoing the idea of blurring the outside and inside spaces just as most early mid century houses did.
