After fighting a roto-tiller all weekend I wanted to get inspired to do more in my yard. I really love the large pots with the trees in them, but they may be a little hard to take with you if you had to move. There is definitely an Asian influence going on here. Exact and meticulous, I would drive myself crazy trying to keep up a yard like these. More after the jump.

Earth Scape Art - Andres Amador
Andres Amador has an amazing mind to come up with these beautiful modern patterns on such a large scale. To think that these are “carvings” in the sand that will vanish within days started me thing about modern landscaping and how someone may incorporate this into their yard. Maybe it won’t work unless you have a yard as large as these. Rock and concrete, moss and stone, what ever the combo I will want to try this in my yard. More after the jump.
