Modern goods on eBay
As usual there are plenty of things on eBay that I can not afford. If there ever was a furniture fairy that went around granting wishes, hear me now! I would love to have The Brazilian Rosewood Credenza Sideboard designed by George Nelson for Herman Miller Thin Edge Series!! OK, back to reality, for some reason I have always liked the Chesterfield sofas. I know they don’t fit into the typical modern/mid century flavor but cool none the less. Modern Jive on eBay
Some very nice modern items on eBay this week. I am sort of digging on the Original Verner Panton Fritz Hansen “Pantonova” Sofa, I don’t think I have seen one before. Of course I had to have my rosewood in there. I thought a grouping of Herman Miller walnut stools could make a cool coffee table, even though these are knock offs the walnut is very nice. Some good stuff floating around eBay this week. I have always been fond of the Ligne Roset Togo sofa but I have never really been a fan of reproductions. I guess the price brought it more into my grasp and I am sure the quality is no where near that of the original, I guess I can only dream. I am digging that Indian painting as well. As usual there are plenty of great finds on eBay if you have the money. I totally want the Dyrlund Danish Modern Teak Credenza and would love the Houndstooth Chrome Club Chairs by Knoll.
