The Cresta by Jonathan Segal is most positively a dream house. The concrete architecture that went in to this home is characterized by open volumes. These open volumes are blurred by bringing the outside in with large sliding walls of glass. On some levels the home has a brutalist feel. The Paul Evans dining table helps with the whole brutalism feel as well. I love the last arial photo, is provides a good idea of how the how is situated in the neighborhood. I am willing to bet some of the neighbors were not to thrilled.
