Early modernism in England is exemplified by this stunning completely renovated home. Designed by the renowned architects Amyas Connell and Basil Ward, this three-bedroom house forms part of a series known as the ‘Sun Houses’ completed in 1935. When I first saw the house I thought of “international style” but I am not really an expert in classification of home styles related to tim periods. The current owners have done an outstanding job with the renovation and extension. I appreciate their large art collection as it displays wonderfully in the home. I like this home it has a sense of older construction but at the same time you get a feeling of rejuvenation. It is currently on the market.
