PLASTOLUX “keep it modern” » house in Pereiro de Aguiar

I really like the masculine feel of this home by estudionomada. I do have to say in some rooms it feels a little too hotel like. The staircase alone is an architectural wonder. I would have liked to see more of the exterior of the house because it looks amazing. More after the jump

We parted out of a preexisting façade, which allowed us to freely intervene on the inside. The stair case, conceived as a floating focal point, suspends from the ceiling, working as the central piece of the house, and distributing the space around it. Also projected on the outside, a semiburied volume was built to house the garage, wine cellar and domestic services.
