William Kessler built this mid century home for himself and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places, affectionately known as “The Chateau Cadieux”. The roof line is the design element that catches my eye. It adds drama to the exterior and interior of the home. It is on the conservative side when it comes to size but I think that is what gives it it’s character. The wall of glass lets the house feel bigger as the barrier between exterior and interior is opened up. If I were to try and sell a home of this status, I just might get a professional photographer to tell the story.
