Cheap Modern DeskThomas Phifer and Partners have some pretty amazing and original projects in their body of work but there was one that stood out to me. This apartment at first glance seems like a minimalist place with some very nice iconic furniture. The unique details are what make this place for me. The mirrored faceted inset windows are pretty unique. The grouping of framed texts together make more of a textural statement than “look at me I am art”. We also get a nice hint of some frosted glass, I think dividing some living spaces.
