Cheap Modern DeskThe Sale house by Johnston Marklee is a great example of minimal design with a little slap in the face. The slap in the face comes from choice walls painted in very bright colors. I don’t know if I personally would have gone that bright but I do love this modern home. Is there anyone out there that has dared to go this bright? Take the jump to see the colors.

CapreeK: Feb 20 09 at 1:55 pmOh man, this house is awesome! I don’t know if it’s quite that bright, but I have a wall in my home painted “grape green” from Benjamin Moore. The swatch on their website is really not that accurate for how intense it is in real life. But it works in our home! Someone uploaded a pretty accurate pic of it on AT, if you want to see it. Anyway, this house rocks my world and I would live there in a heartbeat!
