Love this modern home in Tempe AZ. I think they did a nice job adding some natural elements so it does not feel like a bunker. I really like the black steel beams. You could have this little gem for 1.2 Mill, sign me up! More after the jump.

It looks much better with the landscaping shown in these current photos. I have always wanted to see the inside of this home and have on more than one occasion had to stop myself from knocking on their door to ask for a tour. Thank you for posting this article!!
