Modern Home - Elemental Architecture 12th + JOHN RESIDENCE

I have always been amazed at Elementals work. I need to take the 3 hour drive and go see this place. That staircase is amazing. More after the jump.

This private residence in Seattle’s Capitol Hill District is an example in urban in-fill design with a project that consists of over 1600 sf of space including a one car garage plus onsite parking and green space

Mixed aluminum panels, cedar, and store-front windows surround the home. The stairwell, wrapped in black aluminum paneling, is lit inside by clerestory windows and a large skylight above
