I really like this home, but the part that intrigues me is the guest house. I love this little box with windows. I guess it is pretty cool that it’s right on the ocean. More after the jump.

I keep looking for a single story, open floor plan no-frills prefab with glass on one side, closed on the others, with a breezeway and seating, that my artist husband and I could live and work in. We’re not looking for gourmet kitchen or posh master bath. But open, airy light, clean finish space. This looks like it could be it.
Unless it’s one of those “… starts at $179,999 … ” deals.
