Pb Elemental Architecture is one of my favorite Architecture firms, maybe it’s because they are in my home state but mostly their projects are just killer. Most of you have probably seen the Crockett Residence. It is one of my favorites due to it being the size and type of home I would need. Kudos to the interior designers/owners they did a great job on the inside. More after the jump.
The main challenge was to accommodate the clients’ growing family on a 2,000 square foot site and within a tight budget. The program includes four bedrooms, two baths, an open kitchen, dining, and living arrangement, an entry corridor, a utilities area, a large storage room, and an accessory dwelling unit (adu) with a full kitchen, bath, laundry, and closet space. This is all accomplished in a building footprint of 790 square feet and at a cost of $167/sf.

OurHouse: Oct 13 09 at 10:15 amOk, totally biased on this one but do love our little abode - even on the dreariest days the house is filled with light and warmth - and the kudos to the PB team for working together with us.
