I am totally loving this loft in New York City’s Gramercy Park area. It has such a great balance of modern and mid century modern. The black box just ads a whole new dimension to the space. The Quinlan loft has some amazing architectural elements like the wood post and brick wall that give it a more industrial feel. See more images after the jump.
