I was slumming around the Design Addict forums and someone posted this amazing property. Looks like we are a little late though, it is posted “in escrow”. The price seemed really reasonable as I live in Glendale for a few years and just a dumpy small fixer upper was around 400k. It doesn’t look like much will even have to be done to the place.
