I love to see a hum drum home made modern. Jeremy Levine took a pretty bland house and made it very modern, but he also used some very green methods. I really like the orange countertop in the bathroom. Jeremy has a very cool site as well. More after the jump.
A two story addition to an existing house utilizing passive and active green technology, including: grey water recycling, solar energy, passive thermal, daylighting, interior pocket courtyard with bamboo garden and drought tolerant landscaping.

Steve: Feb 19 09 at 8:26 pmSweet project, but the link to the web site doesn’t work. I typed it in my browser and it popped up. Very cool site. Almost as good the work.
Tyler: Feb 19 09 at 8:50 pmSteve, thanks for the heads up on the link. It’s fixed now.
