This modern renovation in Barcelona by Katty Schiebeck is a wonderful example of simple elegance. The execution and selected materials puts these spaces in another level. The floors make such a great statement and lets not forget the kitchen. That marble slab island in the kitchen is the business. I can’t tell if these are renderings or the real deal but either way I would live there. Of course I would need to throw in some nice Danish and mid century pieces but that is just me.
