Cheap Modern DeskI really like these modern rugs made by British designer, Helen Yardley. These rugs look so amazing and “art like” its like taking a large painting off the wall and putting it on the floor. I appreciate the levels of texture that are present, the tactile experience would be fantastic.
I was initially attracted to designing rugs as I realised they are essentially drawings for floors. These are drawings with a strong physical presence; you sit on them, you lie on them; they perform a whole range of functions.
