This Richard Neutra in Claremont California just hit the market. Built in 1959, the house has a humble appearance that makes me want to retire early. I am no where close to retiring but that was my first thought when I saw the home. Wouldn’t be cool to just take care of an architectural gem in my old age. So cool that this home is set amongst fully landscaped lush gardens designed by current owner who studied and worked with Richard Neutra in the 1960’s. The signature development of outside in and blurring the lines of the living space. It appears that the home has been loving taken care of and would be an honor to live and take care of the home.
