Even though we have found our rocking chair for the nursery I still take notice when I come across something unique. The Rocking Chair easy chair by Piks Design is different in that it is completely assembled without the use of screws or glue. I love the small X shapes that are made by the joints.

This rocking chair easy chair is the fruit of coproduction and was made possible thanks to the support of 60 coproducers. The all-wood Rocking Chair is assembled entirely by means of joints and contains no nails or screws.

everytime i see something, or read about something, that is “assembled entirely by means of joints and contains no nails or screws” I think of my amazing desk from Legare Furniture.

While I intend on building out a new desk in my future basement office, the desk from Legare has been bar none the best on ever. the ability to take it apart and rebuild it so easily has proven worth while in either a move or a rearrangement of my room/office.

That said, i’d be curious about the comfortablity of the chair posted!!

We specialise in contract timber seating that uses no nails or screws, and it can be done a lot neater than this; however this is a completely different concept.

This is the first chair of this type that I find beautiful. The complimenting curves of throughout the design look great. It looks comfortable and solid and if possible, honest. I really do like this; shame it’s not my market.
