The Sedacca House by Charles Gwathmey built in 1968 is not your typical one story California mid century house. Set on the highest point of a private, approx. 2.82-acre parcel in the East Hamptons. The silhouette of the house has a very strong geometric structure consisting of a large circle and a large rectangle or square. Even though the house is pretty small at 1,200 square feet it feels larger than life. The square volume is full of light with one side being glass. Whether this home is staged or not the interiors are perfect, not over done with just the right amount color. I do appreciate the light colored wood found through the house, again not the typical.
