I have always been a big fan of letterpress since i took a tour of Yeehaw Industries' shop when I was in grad school. Now, the guy that sits next to me at the architecture firm where I work has a friend in L.A. who does letterpress. Last christmas she send him this incredible calender that she designed and hand printed which is now prominently displayed above his desk. Each month's page has an illustration of different regional bird and a description. It's FANTASTIC!! Everyone eagerly awaits the almost cereonial turning of the page to see the next month's artwork. So, basically, I want this calender to out do his!!! I will hang it proudly above my desk at work. I have already made the perfect spot for it. How about it??? o.k.
