The Selgascano Silicon house by Spanish architects José Selgas and Lucía Cano is a stunning glass box housing some of our favorite mid century pieces. Minus all of the glass, the one element that quickly stood out to me was the ceiling. The ribbed post and beam feeling structure was not only built but painted in contrast to make more of a statement. I feel like that first large room with the fireplace is a painting. There are so many spots of color created by the numerous pieces of furniture. Selgascano has some other structures that are just as thoughtful, if you get a few extra minuets look them up.
