This small mid century house is known as the Lamolithic House, designed in 1948 by Paul Rudolph and Ralph Twitchell. It was built using a monolithic reinforced concrete structural system developed by John Lambie. Even at 1k square feet the house feels so open and inviting, mostly due to the open floor plan. Being it Florida, the pool and deck probably double the size of the living area. I really like the simplicity of the house and its furnishings. Having a home this small would really force on to do some serious editing if you were an MCM collector.
