The Waterfront House by Michael Haverland has a very unique feature when it comes to exterior material choice. Not so much a choice but a creative decision was made to design 20″x20″ moulded and textured panels for the facade. The panels were cast from foam molds using sand from the site. I don’t recall ever seeing anything like this, the transitions around corners are fantastic. The panels also go well with the other textures on the house, wood and glass. The interiors are stunning with selected mid century pieces that all of us recognize. I have featured the work of Michael Haverland in the past as his work is one to take not of.
